Special Session on Advances in Medical Imaging and Image Processing
Medical imaging continues to play a pivotal role in modern healthcare by enabling non-invasive visualization of anatomical structures and physiological processes. Recent advancements in imaging modalities such as ultrasound, radiography, computed tomography, nuclear medicine, magnetic resonance imaging, and photoacoustic imaging have opened new avenues for precise diagnosis, treatment planning, and disease monitoring.
This special session aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to present innovative approaches in medical imaging, medical image processing, analysis, and computing. The session covers a wide range of topics that span from fundamental image formation to advanced computational methods, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, and physics-informed models. We are particularly interested in interdisciplinary solutions that bridge imaging physics, signal processing, computer vision, and clinical applications.

Submissions should adhere to the IEEE's formatting guidelines and be submitted through the conference's submission system. Full papers must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review by another conference or journal.
