IEEE ICCE 2026 REGISTRATION

Please fill out the form to register for IEEE ICCE 2026
* The first authors whose papers have been conducted in Vietnamese universities and research institutions can be qualified for a financial support by our research-aid fund. In order to apply, an email that includes Paper ID, Paper Title, your Title and Affiliation should be sent to secretariat@ieee-icce.org before the registration, using the email indicated in the paper submission. Please note that the financial support is limited and based on the first-come-first-serve basis.

Your Status:

Note: Your registration will associate with your status. For regular registration, please choose "Academia/Professional", which requires an accepted paper ID. If you register as a participant (without an accepted paper), please choose "Participant".

Please bring IEEE card and show at the registration desk

Paper Registration

Note 1: One registration is valid up to 2 papers, the third paper should be registered as an extra registration.

Note 2: One registrations includes: coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner and attending technical sessions.

We are currently fully booked, and online reservations have been temporarily closed. If you would like to check the latest room availability or need assistance with your booking, please contact us at hoianplanners.vn@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you and let you know if a room becomes available.

Note: The prices below are the same for all room types (Single, Double, or Twin). Cancellation policy: before 30 days - no charge, from 14 to 29 days - 50% room charge, within 13 days or no show - 100% room charge.

Pick-up Service:

There are two pick-up optionss: SHUTTLE BUSES at fixed times and PRIVATE CARS for max. 4 persons which are available anytime (the fee depends on the direction that you can see when you choose one).

Tour Booking

After you register for a tour, you will be contacted for the schedule and pick-up service.
