IEEE ICCE 2024 REGISTRATION

* The first authors whose papers have been conducted in Vietnamese universities and research institutions can be qualified for a financial support by our research-aid fund. In order to apply, an email that includes Paper ID, Paper Title, your Title and Affiliation should be sent to secretariat@ieee-icce.org before the registration, using the email indicated in the paper submission. Please note that the financial support is limited and based on the first-come-first-serve basis.

Your Status:

Note: Your registration will associate with your status. For regular registration, please choose "Academia/Professional", which requires an accepted paper ID. If you register as a participant (without an accepted paper), please choose "Participant".

Paper Registration

Note 1: One registration is valid up to 2 papers, the third paper should be registered as an extra registration.

Note 2: One registrations includes: coffee breaks, 01 USB proceedings, lunches, gala dinner and attending all tutorials and technical sessions.

Note: The prices below are the same for all room types (Single, Double, or Twin). Cancellation policy: before 30 days - no charge, from 14 to 29 days - 50% room charge, within 13 days or no show - 100% room charge.

Pick-up Service:

There are two pick-up optionss: SHUTTLE BUSES at fixed times and PRIVATE CARS for max. 4 persons which are available anytime (the fee depends on the direction that you can see when you choose one).

Visa Function

Note: Participants of IEEE ICCE 2024 must hold visas for conference purpose while visa exemption is applied for some countries, please check with the local Vietnamese consulate. If you need a visa, check the box and fill in the form.
